2015 AIB-SE ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Please note that all presenters and participants must register to attend the meeting. We also ask that all full-time faculty members should be members of the Academy of International Business.

AIB membership fee (for students and low-income countries): $100 ($50)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Registration includes access to all conference activities, professional development sessions and social networking events (including welcome reception, luncheons and keynote address, award ceremony and river cruise gala dinner). The registration fee does not include your membership with AIB. We ask that all full-time faculty members should be members of AIB.

STUDENT SPONSORSHIP: A primary goal of AIB-SE is to be a developmental conference and to provide opportunities for Ph.D. students, masters students, and undergraduate students to get exposed to rigorous academic research. To maximize support of student participation, you have the opportunity to donate a small amount to help students in need participate in AIB-SE and become the next generation of international business scholars.

BULK DISCOUNT: Any university that sends at least five (5) faculty members receive one free registration. Please contact Peter Magnusson at pmagnusson@cba.ua.edu for your free registration code for your fifth faculty member.

PLEASE NOTE: At least one author or coauthor needs to be registered by September 15, 2015 in order for a paper to be included in the official conference program.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that members who have registered for the conference may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. While we try to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability, any cancellation, especially late ones, puts AIB-SE in a difficult situation. Due to the size of our conference, we make many of our arrangements well in advance and therefore cancellations come with a cost to AIB-SE. Therefore, the AIB-SE Board, in line with the decision of the AIB World Board, has adopted a cancellation policy to balance the needs of our members with the costs of cancellation to AIB-SE. As such, please note that cancellation requests for an already confirmed registration (including guest registrations and any additional fees) will be processed according to the following schedule:

Before September 15: 100% refund (less $25 cancellation fee)
September 16 – October 10: 50% refund
After October 10: No refunds available
