                                              Instructions to Reviewers

1.       The editorial review process serves two major purposes: (a) to help the conference organizers make decisions, and (b) to provide constructive feedback to authors.  Please read the manuscript with a view toward providing as much help to authors as you can.  Authors will use the input that you provided to further develop their manuscript. 

2.       The review form is designed to make the review and feedback processes easier.  It is for the use of the conference chair and the author.  It asks for your evaluation of the submission and your recommendation to the conference chair of whether to accept or reject the submission for presentation at the AIB-SE USA conference. Please use an “X” mark for your evaluations.

          Please be specific and as dispassionate as possible on your comments.  Try to provide as much feedback as possible for the authors to improve their manuscript. 

3.       Please return your review by the target date - and earlier if you can.
